Lustrevivid™ aims to maintain a fair and transparent return process while ensuring that products remain in resellable condition.

Return Eligibility

Products may be considered for return if the request is submitted within 14 days after delivery confirmation.

Items should remain:

• unused
• uninstalled
• in original packaging
• accompanied by all components and documentation

Products that show signs of installation or modification may not qualify for return approval.

Return Authorization

Customers must contact customer support before sending any items back. Once a request is reviewed, instructions will be provided if the return is approved.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Inspection Process

Returned items are inspected after arrival to verify their condition. Refunds or adjustments are processed only after this evaluation has been completed.

Non-Returnable Situations
